5. Refund Method & Timeframe
Approved refunds are issued to your wallet or the original payment method at our discretion. Refunds to the original method may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Wallet Top-Ups
Wallet recharges are non-refundable as cash but remain available in your wallet to purchase products, except where required by law.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account. Please reach out to us first — we're happy to help resolve any issue.
